How does a devotional help me reach my wellness goals?

Friend, let me share with you lessons from a health and wellness coach, over the years I have had amazing opportunities to work with women within my health and fitness wellness communities and coaching, I love what I get to do, some call it a unicorn job because it’s that amazing, but not everyone gets that feeling so let’s dive in and talk about what I have uncovered over the years that’s holding so many of my clients back from living as the best versions of themselves.

One day…when the kids…when I feel I have more time…when I feel more motivated…I’m praying about it…I have to ask my husband…I’m fine with where I am…when my schedule slows down…when I get the money…when the holidays are over…when, when, when…

These are the most common reasons I hear that women use when considering joining my wellness community, these are words that we have put on auto-play in our minds and I’m not sure we even believe our own excuses anymore, but they roll off the tongue so easily because we haven’t taken action to challenge why we continue to say, think, type out these excuses, and often times it’s because you don’t believe in yourself, you don’t believe you are worth it, you don’t trust that you have what it takes to make a lifestyle commitment your your wellness journey, mind, body and soul. or worst you are surrounded my others that feed into this mindset from their own selfish insecurities making you feel like this is just normal, I’m fine this is just what life is about.

And this is where I feel the link is broken, feeling of not worthy and therefore stuck in the muck of life, because you haven’t done the work to change your mindset, self growth and the influences in your life to know that true lifestyle wellness isn’t simply about a fitness program, it’s not another diet to attempt, not another motivational book or water challenge. True wellness is about starting at the roots, identifying what is currently growing in your life, getting a little messy and honest by asking how’s that going for you? and then defining what you truly want to grow and harvest for a lifetime not some quick season and forget about it. Then we start the process to reseed your roots and build a strong foundation of true wellness that makes your heart freaking explode with joy, energy, dreams and a healthy mindset about your true worth. Can you even think about aligning your life with what your heart really desires and what that looks and feels like.

Starting at the roots builds a foundation for true transformation from the inside out, I’m a faith centered coach that speaks freely about how you deserve to love yourself and practice believing you were made for more and the birth of these devotionals are me following the heart tugs and share my heart about true wellness foundations and we can’t skip the inside work if we really desire that change in our lives. External transformations are great, easy to celebrate but often times don’t grow the roots to hold you up when the world starts to push back at you.

When you join me I can promise you this, I will be there every step of the way, I will show you how to experience the overflowing joy when you start saying YES to your wellness, to follow the desires of your heart as you learn the tools to use and action steps to implement, even on the messy days and to say goodbye to selfish guilt and the said excuses we mentioned above as you say hello to an overflowing abundance in your life allowing you to love yourself, fulfilling your deepest desires to be the best version of yourself not just for you, but to extend to each person in your life.

You become a better human being as you become a better version of your beautiful self.

I have a 5 day devotional series for you that will come each day to your inbox, I’d love to hear from you and what heart tugs you are feeling.
