Hello, I’m Joy

While I have loved all things health and wellness related for as long as I can remember, I have been feeling the urge to leap a little bit further into where I find the greatest joy as a Wellness Coach and that is walking along side busy mom’s as they go from being overwhelmed, overly stressed and lacking any true wellness plan, to coaching them into a life that gives them both permission and a desire to add themselves back onto the family priority list.

I have over 20 years of experience in Health Coaching and Massage Therapy, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Doctor in Natural Health, This education and experiences are what make up the foundational meshwork I bring into each coaching session. However, I do believe the 17 years of motherhood while still managing to be a full time entrepreneur has allowed me to personally practice, fail, refine and develop the 6 Pillars of Wellness that I guide each mom through on her path to simplified wellness and living a fruitful life everyday, not someday.
