Upgraded mindset…

Everyday is another opportunity to adjust my mindset so that I can show up at my best! I would be lying if I said the was easy, and I would be fooling myself if I said I felt 100 percent on most days.

What I can honestly tell you is that by using the tools that I have learned through coaching, personal development and mentoring, I am able to accept the process of growth, acceptance of the things that have happened, adjust my thought process, and show up and give my all to the rest of the day and to be present for my current and future community and ultimately set my focus on what matters most once again, moving forward through imperfection, it’s learning to have a upgraded mindset.

My roles in coaching and motherhood have both given me lots of opportunities to shift my mind back to saying, "I get" to do this instead of, "I have" to do this, and when you make this shift, you will be able to rebound and recover more quickly when things get messy, discouraging or seem imperfect. These upgraded mindset moments will also help strengthen your resilience muscle, empower you to build a life of positive focus, and reclaim your joy.

A reminder that we have a choice to release the negative, the comparison, the untruths and grasp tightly to the positive, the truthful and joyful moments, we have the power to choose what we focus on, to seek out what we have the potential to gain instead of what we could lose.
