When you couple dissatisfaction with desire for improvement, you become innovative.

Most often my Coach - Client conversations start with a very simple and generic goal such as weight loss, nutrition help or portions control, gaining energy or looking for motivation (which is very elusive without consistency) or getting in shape for a certain event. However, if it was just that simple and just about those things we would start the plan, get to work and see results.

BUT, honestly it’s way more complex, life happens and we see the obstacles, the past regrets, past failures, excuses disguised as busyness or family responsibilities and we actually are okay with disregarding our goals, even as simple as a fitness routine, because we have not yet fully respected the dissatisfaction of how we feel internally each day, we toss aside the desire for improvement because we see our lives through a broken lens, through misguided truths, through the opinions of our peers instead of giving full attention to our discomfort and dissatisfaction.

We give up before we start…to shift this process we must seek the truth of our discomfort, be open to change and have the willingness to become a beginner and learn to be innovative, learning to do things differently, to seek great not just good or worse sit in a life of “fine” to practice saying NO in order to have space for the best YES’ in your life to emerge.

When you respect & acknowledge the discomforts and make the decisions to break the cycle and release the holds they have on your life, mindset, health & so much more, you start to see opportunities for living a truly fruitful blessed energetic life.

A life where you see the truth with corrective lenses, you start to see the patterns of a schedule that keeps leaving you feeling drained, you see routines that do not align with your current goals, you call BS on your own excuses, you stop prioritizing the urgent and instead start to focus on the most valuable.

You have the choice to either sit in disappointment & dissatisfaction OR decide to get creative and embrace the work that will create excellence, this is the foundation of loving yourself today, as you continue to build a rock solid foundation for a healthier version of you body, mind & soul.

Remember, tomorrow will always look better than yesterday when you invest your best in today!
